old-fashion beef stew
I have been so busy trying out new recipes as of late that I have completely neglected some of my old favorites. Like good old-fashion beef stew! Who does not love fall-apart-tender chunks of beef served up in a flavorful sauce along side big hunks of just-a-little-still-crunchy carrots, adorable petite button mushrooms, golden potatoes & sweet frozen-from-my-own-garden-last summer baby peas! All of this and touch of grace biscuits, my family never knew what hit them! This was the perfect meal for a day where the temperature never made it above 20* and there was at least three feet of snow outside.

ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what happened to Ann (Velvet Lava). She vanished from all forms of social media and I haven't heard from her at all. I miss her, too! She was such a warm and delightful person.
